Who this is for
You're shutting down more than you used to. Snapping at the people you love. Getting through the day, but it costs more than it should.
There's a suspicion — maybe quiet, maybe not — that you process things differently than other people. You might have heard of ADHD or autism and felt something click. Or you're not sure yet. You just know something is different.
I work with neurodivergent adults, children and teens, couples, and families — including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, AuDHD, giftedness, and twice-exceptional (2e) profiles — with support designed around the actual brains and nervous systems in the room.

About Jenae

I work with people whose minds are active, perceptive, creative, intense, and sometimes hard to quiet. Therapy here is a place to understand your wiring more deeply and use it well — without having to make yourself smaller, simpler, or easier to explain.
My work brings together neurodiversity-affirming care, nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed therapy, and practical support for everyday life. We build on what is already strong while making the parts that feel overwhelming, stuck, or exhausting more manageable.
My approach
My clients are neurodivergent adults, young adults, and teens — on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, AuDHD, giftedness, or twice-exceptional profiles — navigating late diagnosis, burnout, and the exhaustion of masking. Including parents, professionals, and people who are just now starting to understand why things have always felt harder than they should.
I'm an ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Provider), PEERS trained, and W-CAT trained, with additional training in parts-based frameworks. My approach is practical, collaborative, and built around how your brain actually works — not how therapy assumes it should.
I offer in-person sessions in Newport Beach and telehealth throughout California, including the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
